In this episode, we sit down with the warm and brilliant Jaime Lewis, writer and host of the "Consumed" podcast. Over the last 5 years, Jaime has talked to the wonderful people of SLO County  who put food on our plate and drinks in our glass.  We talk through the history of food on the central coast, how our identity is intertwined with what we eat and how we eat it, why it's so challenging for restaurants to survive on the Central Coast and how we can make sure we're looking at sustainability for the businesses we love and the people that work for them.
