Travis Avila

Travis Avila has been on the Central Coast for over 20 years. After attending Cal Poly, Travis stayed in the area, married his wife Jennifer and now they have two kids, London and Stella. Travis has had a long history of high level sales and marketing roles, including working ten years with a medical company where he served as the National Director of Sales and Marketing.

When it came time to transition to Real Estate, Travis was able to leverage his extensive sales experience and local relationships to hit the ground running. Travis works with the Landmark Group in Keller Williams Realty Central Coast and is committed to impacting the lives of his clients through every real estate transaction.

When Travis isn’t working, he enjoys reading, watching Chicago Cubs baseball, playing golf and serving at his local church, New Life Pismo.

Adam Nixon

Adam's purpose is to positively impact the lives of anyone he meets and glorify God in all that he does. His background in entrepreneurship, sales, leadership, and non-profit work greatly contribute to his success. Prioritizing relationships with his clients by going the extra mile to meet their needs and desired goals, he also brings his extensive experience and proven strengths in closing sales and strategic, effective negotiating. 

He has called the central coast home for the last 17 years and is a Cal Poly Alumnus. A homeowner, real estate investor, and ever-learning businessman, he has a wide range of knowledge and experience in real estate and sales.  A family man through and through, he is happily married to his wife Alyssa and is loving the dad-life with his 2 kids. You can find him mountain biking, eating sandos from High St Deli, camping with the family out at Montaña de Oro, or reading with a cappuccino.

Jeff Landon

Jeff Landon is a full-time, Top Producing Realtor and Team Leader of the Landmark Group in Keller Williams Realty Central Coast. Jeff is also on the Leadership Council for Keller Williams Central Coast where he helps develop best practices for the industry. Jeff has worked in Real Estate since 2006 and has become a real estate expert and was even awarded the Most Valuable Player in Keller Williams. Jeff’s success can be attributed to his commitment to impact the lives of his clients, friends, family, and neighbors through every real estate transaction. He feels a deep sense of honor and personal responsibility when it comes to assisting his clients in their real estate endeavors. Jeff understands the level of importance and how critical it is to get each transaction right.

On a personal note, Jeff takes joy in spending time with his wife and three kids, volunteering at New Life Church and working with the Nature Corps.
